The Wagyu Tomahawk is the ideal dry-aged cut for true meat lovers and grill masters. An impressive piece of meat, distinguished by its prominent bone and rich marbling. The fine marbling of this cut is a sign of top quality and makes it a unique culinary experience. This premium quality guarantees an unparalleled taste sensation.

The long rib bone is reminiscent of the characteristic shape of the historical Native American weapon known as the tomahawk. This is how the ribeye prime steak got its unique name.

The large ribeye steak is ideal for barbecues and can be easily ordered from home. This special bone-in steak cut is too large for most pans and is best cooked on a hot grill.

The Wagyu Tomahawk is not only a culinary delight but also a visual highlight at any barbecue. However, keep in mind that the steak shouldn't be exposed to high heat for too long to preserve its aromatic flavor. If you prefer a more flexible cooking method or want to cook larger quantities of meat, the sous vide method is also suitable. With this method, you add the distinctive roasted flavors at the end by briefly searing the steak on the grill.
