This onion chutney, made with aromatic, caramelized onions, impresses with its subtly sweet note. Refined with select red onions and the finest balsamic vinegar, its fruity aroma pairs perfectly with our Wagyu burger.

Stonewall Kitchen's Roasted Garlic Onion Jam is one of the founders' very first specialties. It all started with a market stall at the local farmers market: here, in 1991, Jim Stott and Jonathan King first sold their homemade specialties. Since then, that small market stall has transformed into a sizable business. Their exquisite jams and barbecue sauces, all made entirely from organic ingredients, are nominated and awarded year after year. The Roasted Garlic Onion Jam, for example, has won the Sofi Award, the "Oscar of food," twice.
